Mr. Thorny
Studying medicine is like planting a Durian tree; it takes 5 years of sun and rain to mature and bear fruit.
Practising medicine is like sitting under the mature Durian tree (which you had planted); you will never know when an unsuspecting Durian favours the Newton’s law.
Pathetic I know it is.
But, if one can have the patience to wait and luck to evade or survive the trauma to the head, all the awesome yellow-orange flesh will be on his or her plate.
-Inspired by Durian the Thorny-

Try to keep track how many times until graduation you feel like quitting and/or questioning yourself is it worth all the effort. Trust me, we all go through it at one point or another.
