- Do you have secrets? yes
- Would you fall in love with a girl/ boy younger than you? yes
- Do you enjoy going to college? yes
- What would you do with a billion dollars? open a medical university
- Will you fall in love with your best friend? don’t think so…
- Which is more blessed, loving someone, or being loved by someone? Both
- List 5 recently watched movies – The Spirit (sucks!), Bangkok Dangerous, The Prestige, Eagle’s Eye, Quarantine
- If the person you secretly liked is already attached, what would you do? do nothing
- List 5 favourite TV shows. No time for that
- You have any regrets? Well well, who doesn’t?
- How would you see yourself in 10 years time? open a crab (crap) house
- Who are the most important people to you? this is an error… most important can only be one person, not a group of people. And, this is a shallow-minded question. Everything in this world works in synergy, mind you. You cannot ignorantly say that this or that person matters the most.
- What kind of person do you think the person who tagged you is? I am not supposed to say bad things about my simulated patient. WELL, she is conscious, cooperative and a Chinese with normal body-build.
- Would you rather be single and rich, or married but poor? I would rather be rich and happy.
- What is your favourite colour? Depends on the circumstance.
- Would you give all in a relationship? It depends..
- First five words that popped into your mind right now. How to write this report?
- What are the top five places on your “to-go”list? Travelling is just so tiring. I prefer sleeping.
- Name three things you would like to do, but would not be able to? Pay a visit to heaven and return safely in one piece.
- 7 people I have tagged are “NO ONE”. This tag is just so sickeningly boring.

January 10, 2009Lots to catch up with…
January 9, 2009Hello fellow readers,
Get ready your reading glasses as there’s just so much for us to catch up with.
It has been quite some time since I last updated my blog… To be more exact, the previous post was written when I was having my Raya break in Terengganu. I certainly owe the readers Christmas and New Year wishes. Better be late than never. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
As pathetic as a medical student’s life can be, I didn’t even have the chance to share and cherish the joy of christmas as one can find more misery than joy during his or her study break. Yeah, you got me right. On the 25th of December 2008, I was preparing for my Summative One examination which fell on the 31st of December. What I can say is that it was not an experience which you will want to remember. Come on….reading 120 sets of lecture notes just to sit for a 50 objective questions paper that lasted for, say, 1 hour and 15 minutes? Haha, c’est la vie! Now, how can I possibly not appreciate holidays when the not-holidays days were so horrible? In fact, I have come to a self-realisation that it is a sin for denying the value of one’s holiday.
Back to the Christmas day…Johnson, Siew Lynn, Hong Guan and I went to Sri Petaling to have our lunch. We had Bah Kut Teh for lunch. Ever got yourself indulged in compulsive eating disorder? Well, I did. I had actually ordered a packet of Char Kueh Teow as an add-on. *grin* Here comes the devil’s whisper echoing in my ears,” A hungry man is an angry man.”
The study leave week painfully crawled by and there came the doomsday. Seriously cracked my head to answer the tricky questions and after the feedback session, I knew I would survive for yet another day. In the exam hall , I couldn’t help but recall a comical joke about GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) that a friend told me. The funny part is that Onizuka went to sit for an exam despite having a gunshot at his head hours ago. Here’s the catch, he managed to answer all the questions correctly! Rather impressive, isn’t it?
After the exam, Si Han and I joined the Sunway gang for the new year countdown. Ordered Carlsberg for some game, but I guess Chun How and Precelia finished most of it. *evil grin* Nothing much happened after that…basically it was just eating, watching movies and fooling around. Then yesterday, the 7th of January, was my COP day and also the first time of me using Windrunner in Dota and owned the game. Thank you Chor Yang for introducing this new hero to me! Hehe!
For the COP, we went to SMK Bandar Utama to give talks to the students. Chor Yang and I were in-charged of educating the Form 3 students about stress. It was a success! And to my surprise, in the feedback form, a student wrote,”I can see that the guy in purple shirt has a very good sense of humour.” FYI, I WAS THE GUY IN PURPLE SHIRT! Haha. Will show you pictures as evidence later. And thanks to Jun Yi’s mum, Madam Chia, for treating us with lunch.
All in all, the first post-exam week has been wonderful. Since the end of exam, I have been sleeping barely 4 hours per day. Can feel that my liver and kidneys are failing. Vowed to sleep early when I get home. That’s all for now…
My flight is arriving and FYI again, this entire post is produced purely on my new HTC PDA phone. It’s amazing to know what you can do with technology nowadays. Darn, just remember that I still need to finish my COP report before the Chinese New Year. Zhi Wei ar, faster send me the materials.
P/S: There is also addition of a special one in my life, Adeline!!!
Oh, and happy birthday to Agnes who will be celebrating her birthday on the 9th of January and bon voyage to my fellow friend, Chor Yang. All the best to you in Monash Uni, and you can always come back to IMU to complete your “Kill” list! Hope to see you as “The Shadow” again in the orientation for Sem 1 juniors this year. You are definitely to be missed by the lecturers and friends in IMU.
